Now for the fun part
Bonus Tutorial from Greg
Now for the fun part, while holding Ctrl click on the layer with the text. Now click on the halo layer. Using the Marquee tools set to subtract () deselect the parts of the halo that will be ?in front? of the text. (I have highlighted them in red for you in the photo below)
Now press delete and then Ctrl + d. Well that looks pretty good, but lets make it look better! Go to Layer>Layer Styles>Bevel and Emboss and Enter the following:
Press ?ok? and go to Layer>Layer styles>Drop shadow and enter this:
Repeat the Drop Shadow Style for the text. Good Job! Hope you liked this and that it taught you something! Remember, don?t just do what a tutorial tells you to do, but experiment with it, ?What happens if I change the hue and saturation?? ?What if I change the Contour?? Etc.
