The Internet can be a hostile and confusing land

• New and rapidly changing technology, unknown terms, scams, viruses, spy-ware, “phishing”, identify theft, credit card fraud
• Not a lot of patience with new users on community sites
• Bogus and unreliable information
• People don’t know what to believe or trust

Therefore…
People need a place of refuge, someone to guide and help them
